What data we process and why

Contact form. Name, WhatsApp or email, country, approximate dates, number of travelers and your message, to reply and prepare your trip. Alongside them we keep the reference code, the page you wrote from and the origin of your visit (for example, a campaign link), to know how you found us. Basis: your request and your acceptance of this policy.

WhatsApp button. When you tap it we record the reference code, the page and the origin of your visit, without personal data. The conversation happens on WhatsApp.

Bookings and payments. To prepare and manage your booking we process the travelers' details, dates, amounts and payment status. Card or PayPal payments are made on the payment provider's page: TripVenezuela never sees or stores your card details. Basis: your booking contract.

Offers by email. Your email, language, the destination you are interested in and the origin of your visit, to send you offers if you confirm the subscription from the email we send you. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. Basis: your consent.

Analytics. Google Analytics counts visits and the pages seen, on every visit. Basis: [POR COMPLETAR] (legal basis for analytics, as advised by the legal counsel).

Advertising. Only if you accept it in the cookie notice, Google AdSense shows ads and Google Tag Manager manages Google's tags. You can change your decision with «Change my cookies», in the footer. Basis: your consent.

Where it is stored

Contacts and bookings are stored in our own database, on a server located in [POR COMPLETAR] (server country). Subscribers are stored in Brevo.

Providers that process data

• Google: Google Analytics, on every visit; Google Tag Manager and Google AdSense (which shows ads), only if you accept them in the cookie notice.
• Resend, which sends the site's emails.
• Brevo, which keeps the subscriber list and sends the offer emails.
• Cloudflare, which protects the site and the forms (Turnstile) and delivers the pages.
• Stripe and PayPal, which process payments on their own pages.

How long
